In the interest at keeping the side I most identify with (if only barely) honest:
The following Senate Dems voted for the recent travesty entitled “A bill to authorize trial by military commission for violations of the law of war, and for other purposes.”
Carper (D-DE), Johnson (D-SD), Landrieu (D-LA), Lautenberg (D-NJ), Lieberman (D-CT), Menendez (D-NJ), Nelson (D-FL), Nelson (D-NE), Pryor (D-AR), Salazar (D-CO), and Stabenow (D-MI).
Now for the ugly ones. the following voted both for cloture for the Alito debate, and for the GOP commission/torture/thermonuclear-retroactive-pardon bill:
Carper (D-DE), Landrieu (D-LA), Lieberman (D-CT), Nelson (D-FL), Pryor (D-AR), Rockefeller (D-WV), and Salazar (D-CO).
