I’m all about the Castle Doctrine because of how we as human beings respond to the idea of “home” (remember, kids – the Castle Doctrine does not apply with the po-po), but I’m glad this unqualified “stand your ground” silliness is finally being re-examined. Why the hell do people have to get killed in order for us to go “hm, maybe [insert shitty idea] was a shitty idea?”
